While we make reasonable efforts to maintain the security and confidentiality of information transmitted electronically, no electronic communication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Electronic communications may be used for appointment scheduling, treatment recommendations, prescription-related information, educational materials, billing matters, and other administrative purposes. Sensitive or urgent medical concerns should not be communicated through email or electronic messaging and should instead be directed to our office by telephone or addressed through appropriate emergency services. By choosing to communicate electronically, you consent to the use of these communication methods and acknowledge the associated risks and limitations.

By providing your mobile telephone number to Dr. Kate Aesthetics, you consent to receive text messages related to appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, treatment follow-up communications, account notifications, and other practice-related information. Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with our practice. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier's plan. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of receiving medical care or purchasing products or services. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting our office directly. While reasonable measures are taken to protect your information, SMS communications are not always encrypted and may carry inherent privacy risks.
